No. Your sample homepage is free, and you owe nothing until you've seen it. If you love it, it's half upfront when you say yes and the other half once your site is ready, due within 2 weeks. If it's not for you, you don't owe me anything.
How long does it take?
Your free sample is usually ready in about 3 days. How long the full site takes depends on how many pages you need, and I'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and once your site is paid in full, it's yours. You can take it with you if you ever leave.
What does hosting cost?
"Hosting" just means keeping your website online. The first half of your payment covers your own .com and reliable professional hosting while I build your site. Once it's live, a care plan keeps it online, secure and up to date, and renews your domain so it never lapses. Care plans start at $25/month, with no contract. Cancel anytime and keep your site.
Can you update it later?
Yes. Basic care includes small fixes, and Plus care includes monthly updates to text, photos, prices or menu. Not on a care plan? No problem. Send me what you'd like changed and I'll tell you the price up front, before I do any work.
I'm not very good with computers. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You don't have to touch anything technical. I take care of it all and explain things in plain English.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your business name, what you do, and how customers can reach you. If you have a logo or photos, great. If not, I can work with what you've got.
